    I've had mine installed for awhile now and atleast 15K miles. I don't recall a pressure drop after install and currently see 30'ish psi @ idle.

    Check Fuelly and site that people track real world MPG of their vehicles. Last I checked the RAM was in the 15mpg range.. my trucks lifetime (65k miles), hand calculated mpg is mid/low 15's.. and I'm mostly hwy miles.

    Do they do a water test when installing the new windshield? Could he have got something under the dash wet? If not, I'm not sure how Safelight could have caused the issue. My bet is the battery was otw out and his install just pushed it over the line. Interested to see what the 'fix' is...

    Since my 19 is outside 100% of the time, I religiously use a sunshade and had the windows tinted 20% (not the windshield). I can't say I've done anything special with the wood trim.. ever couple of months I just treat it like the rest of the dash and wipe it down with whatever dash care product...

    I've got a cheap Chinesium plug-in one my mother-in-law gave me many, many years ago that I keep in the truck all the time. If I'm going on a longer trip I grab the 20v Dewalt portable pump. It'll air up 4 truck tires from 34psi - 50 psi and 6 (2 spares) trailer tires from the mid 40 psi range...
