Help! What would you do next? Hemi misfire and low power

ORIGINAL Iridium Plugs at 223,000 Miles
At about 100,000 miles I was thinking of replacing plugs in my 2014 5.7 Hemi, so I removed both from cylinder #2 (because it was easiest to reach) for inspection. 2003 4.7 Issue idle
2003 ram 1500, 4.7, Quad cab, 2 wheel drive. Was running fine, then started running a bit rough.
