2015 Ram 2500 6.7 diesel code P02E7

Guide me in the right direction. I have a 2015 Ram 2500 6.7 diesel. I have a code P02E7 "Diesel Intake Air Flow A Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance coming up. I recently replaced the full EGR Valve and crankcase filter. I'm struggling to find the root case of this code and keep getting mixed reviews when I bring it to the dealership. I was told that I should do an EGR System Clean and then told that "maybe" it is the EGR Electrical Bypass. One mechanic said he "thinks" the mechanical bypass wheel should be moving more than it is. I am trying to find a video of the EGR Electrical Bypass working but there are no videos I can see online. Does anybody have any insight?
