New here, hope in the right place? When testing o2 sensor it stays at 13.5 volts while running. Positive test lead to black/green signal wire. Negative test lead to ground. Haynes says it should be 12 volts for a few seconds and then the a/c relay should switch it to .01 mv when cold and go to .09 when warm. I do not have a/c and thus no relay. I have tested every sensor with positive results. Engine is always hunting and runs poorly
