Well I can see why Ram is in trouble.
Last week I get an email that my abs module has arrived at the dealership.
Call dealership and am told no abs module. Call Ram cares, he calls dealership and am told we’ll call back.
No call back for 3 days so I call the dealership only to get excuses. I’m really aggravated and chew out person on the phone. Get called at the end of the day my part is in. Go to dealership to pick up and won’t honor employee discount. I’m told later he wouldn’t sell to me because it’s used. Call Ram cares am told nothing can be done. I was Called later that evening they have the part but it is old stock may go out at anytime but, now I can get the employee discount. So by my count that’s 3 abs modules. Nobody can find this part but they found them. Now my case that has been open since October is closed and I have to open a new one.
So they can start a new search. Thanks Ram.
