Apologies if this is the wrong forum, this is my first post here.

I have a 2020 Rebel 1500, 5.7 Hemi. My AC was working intermittently for a while and eventually stopped blowing cold air completely. I have traced it down to the solenoid on the back of the compressor that controls the piston stroke. When i put 12-13V on it directly from the battery the compressor starts working and the AC works fine. I checked the voltage on the signal wire (when AC is on) and have 12.8V, but when I plug it in nothing happens. I verified I have ground on the connector by plugging in the connector and wiring the signal wire directly to the battery. Compressor works fine.

Has anyone had similar issues with this?
