Yesterday everything worked fine. Today, as soon as I started the truck the windshield wipers came on and wouldn’t shut off, signal lights don’t work, none of my steering wheel controls won’t work, and horn doesn’t work.
Pulled fuse for wipers, checked for broken wires under the power distribution box (had a few last year), checked hazard button and they work, checked all the wires from the clock spring to the firewall. Lost on what to check next…??? Is there a way to check the clock spring?

None of your steering wheel controls won’t work? Sounds like you meant to say none of them will work. In which case that definitely sounds like a clock spring

But does the clock spring control the signal lights and wipers?
