GForce Performance Chips...

Hi Guys,
Any of you use the GForce Performance Chip on their Ram 1500. Info on GF Chips Help Improve Performance and Fuel Economy Guaranteed are listing some remarkable information with performance gains using their chips. If anybody is using this chips please enlighten us with some details.

Looking at the web site their "TECHNICAL INFORMATION" seems a bit lacking on information. Just three dyno graphs from 3 vehicles they claim to have tested. Plus, the customer testimony seems a bit stiff.

It just sets off alarms in my common sense with the increases in HP and torque that is being claimed.

It's garbage. It is likely just a resistor that gets placed in the intake air temp sensor circuit. Makes the truck think it is colder outside than it is so it will give a little more fuel. Only thing those are good for is turning on your check engine light. Save up a little and get a tuner from a reputable company. Nothing they refer to as a chip.

It's crap, just like the stuff they sell on ebay where you just tap the IAT sensor.. It's non sense.

My truck I bought used had one on it and caused a check engine light...

I figured that it's too good to be true. That level of a performance increase for such a low price does not make sense to me. 60 HP is a lot. To obtain that bump in power is going to cost a whole lot more than $69.
I will move on.

Look into a DiabloSport tuner. There are a couple custom tuning options with them.

If that is too pricey for you, then go with BullyDog. Superchips just has not performed the way most would hope.

Maybe you are referring to the ad banners and what not? If so, thats based on browsing history a lot of times. I have ads turned off and I do not see anything for GForce PC in the vendor section.

Pretty sure the guy that sells these has a class action law suite against him for fraud or something like that.
