Interior LED intermittent issue

2019 Ram 1500 Classic

My interior lighting, DOME and FLOOR lights dont turn on periodically since switching over to LEDS, while driving turning on interior lights work, then other times while driving, nothing turns on with switch.

really strange, did I miss something with the AlfaOBD? its a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic, I have the Security bypass harness.

Similar issue with left tail light, LED, periodically brake light doesnt light with brake press or Lock button press. I removed the rear LEDS went back to factory bulbs for now, suspect faulty left bulb.

not sure what this is or perhaps an LED setting missed in AlfaOBD.

anyone else see this type of issue switching to LED, all other lights seem fine.

It might not be the LEDs, check this thread(make note of post #4):

As one post pointed out you could try swapping some of the interior bulbs back to halogen to see if it's an LED issue.

I have swapped the bulb back to whatever the factory yellow one is, after two different tries same results when using LED in the dome, door open, no light, or light its random. Internal slide switch on dash same deal, sometimes light sometimes not.

switching back to original bulb, all lights work fine all the time. Im curious if there is any AlphaODB settings I should be looking at for the dome lamp and LED?

My 2019 Classic, I just picked up some LEDs at Advanced auto parts locally, swapped in, never an issue.
Dome and footwell.
The Zevo ones.

whats the bulb # you grabbed for dome? Im in Canada here trying to find the proper bulb, 578 certainly isnt it.

says 578...But I did need to bend in the factory two sides that clip it in, its smaller diameter than factory bulb

Changed it out, not really bright more white and same as factory bulb but works so far. I found it amusing the packaging said “super bright”

closer step but other 578’s were much brighter
