Hey everyone...just installed some new shocks and springs in the rear and wanted to post it.
Went with Bilstein 5100 in the rear and TufTruck TTC-1210 springs/coils.
I put a piece of tape on my truck with a mark to get a good measurement. Measured from the ground and from the wheel center cap. Also measured with air lift 1000’s at 5psi and at 0psi. For now, the airbags are staying out.
5 PSI:
42 inches from ground to tape
27 1/4 inches from wheel center cap to tape
0 PSI:
41 7/8 ground to tape
27 1/8 wheel center to tape
No airbag, after shock/spring replacement:
42 3/4 ground to tape
28 from center cap to tape.
Looks like I gained roughly 3/4 of an inch lift which might settle. I’ll try and measure after I drive it a bit.
