No acc power when key fob is in ignition

The 2014 ram 1500 sat for a couple months due to a wheel hub repair. At first it would die intermittently while driving it would then restart itself. It became harder to start and now it won't start at all. While it was working there were no codes. Now acc wont power on so no connection to obd can be established. New ignition, new key fob battery, vehicle battery 12.6 when not running. Dash display will show doors open and mileage. Turning lights on and opening door will trigger chime and door open in dash. Other than that the dash remains black. Shifter won't move with key in acc. Ran better for a little while after each replacement until it wouldn't run at all.

My bet is battery. I believe testing it will not running is not enough to rule it out. Can it be jumped? Have you taken the battery anywhere to have it tested?

Battery is new and was tested prior to complete no start. Jumping doesn't work.
