Pcm power wire 2012 ram 2500 5.7

Hi I am having issues with my 2012 ram 2500 5.7. My key fobs aren't working(wrong key on dash) and I need to reprogram the key fobs. The issue is with them not working I can't power up the pcm to communicate with my code reader on the obd port. I have power at obd port but without being able to turn the ignition switch to the on position it won't communicate with pcm. It there a way to jump power to the pcm so it will communicate with my scan tool? Not sure how anyone can reprogram keys without being able to read the pcm. Is there a special scan tool that may be able to communicate without ignition power? I'm really stuck here and not sure how to get this thing up and running again. Thanks

You may just have to call a locksmith to come reprogram keys since you do not have any working keys they have diffrent scantools just for this.

Ok was worried they wouldn't even be able to do it either with no communication to pcm to program. Thank you
