Ram Boxes lids

I have a new 2500 with the Ram Boxes. The lids do not close properly for my tastes. One side of the lids is higher then the other. I can not figure out how to adjust the lids so one side does not sit higher than the other. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem, it might seem a little odd but they have 2 catches. Push it down hard, my passenger side catch requires that while the driver side doesn’t.
