Greetings Ram Fans, I just joined this am to find out more about my 5th Ram truck. It is a 2006 Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins diesel. It has 122,600 miles on it and was owned by a friend who sadly is dealing with Alzheimer’s. His wife contacted me to see if I wanted to buy his truck and Lance camper which I did. It has been well maintained as he is a retired diesel engineer working on huge cargo ships. I also have a very low milage 2nd Gen 2500 4x4 extra cab longbed with only 53,600 original miles that I plan on selling, it has a 2016 Arctic Fox 990 camper on it with a slideout. Never thought I would own two diesel Ram 4X4’s and two truck campers at the same time.. The 06 is my 5th Dodge Ram that I have owned. The oldest was a 87 fully loaded 4x4 with a 360 gas engine, a great truck, but very thirsty for gas. Next was a 92 diesel, then a 2000 reg. Cab 4x4 diesel with I sold to purchase the low milage 2002 from my best friends sister with only 13.500 miles on it when I purchased it in 2019. It now has 53,600 miles on it, and was built up for hauling and towing with so much gear and upgrades I will not pst here in my intro as it is already long winded. So here I am with my 06 ready to learn more about it, and to eventually post my 2002 for sale with photos. I look forward to meeting and sharing info. To others when I can.
