Towed to the dealer in New Jersey, Sansone

Was towed to the dealer with my new 2025 Laramie Night Edition Crew Cab, two dead batteries had to be replaced, also two recalls for updates to the computer on the truck. While my truck was at the dealer, someone stole the passenger front interior door foam dual cup holder from the door. Called the Sansone service Dept the very next day and was given no help, and I tried to speak with a manager, but no one ever picks up a phone in the dealership. I have left voice messages, but no one calls back. So I brought it to be repaired, and then parts are stolen off my brand new truck that has 3000 miles on it. makes you so mad, and just to get to the dealer, Bridges and Tolls from New York to New Jersey. I wounder if they even care, but they will sell me a new part for 69.00 dollars. Sansone is crooked and not honest.

Sorry to hear but if you need to buy one Genos Garage has or had them for like $25.00..

Yes, thanks for the info on where to buy one. I purchased it, and it is in my truck now. Funny, I got two more recalls to have done on my 2025 Larmie Night Edition, but I will go to a different dealership for the recalls; they lost my trust. Sansone is not honest or couldn't care less, but their commercial says why you would go anywhere else
