Device not supported

2021 longhorn limited edition - cannot get "device not supported" message to go away. Hard to believe dealer service doesn't know what it is. Anyone have this happen to this year model?

Go to a different dealer , lots do not want to do work that they can not make lots of money off of . Try others , they are out there . Just have to get lucky and find a competent advisor and technician.
