New truck purchased. Delivered tomorrow. What are the best options for a lift?

2.75" level or a full 3.5" lift?
It will mostly be a pavement princess
37/22 is the wheel combo going on it most likely

For 37's with a 22x10 you are going to need at least a 6" lift. You are not fitting 37's with a level, even on stock width wheels.

Look at the specs for the leveling kits to see what size tires you can fit. I know I can easily fit 35 with just a simple 1.75” leveling kit. 37” your going to need to do a full lift kit. For lift kits, do not go cheapest route. Carli or thuren lift kits for sure, especially with running rubber band size tires otherwise your going to be eating your kidneys on rough roads

The HD trucks have to be measured they vary far too much to pick heights.
Bed length also is a large factor into height choices. 37’s fit under stock height it’s all offset measurements to figure out what would rub
