Agreed! However, the peddle is fine. It’s definitely the right front caliper. I just threw in the fact that I replaced the controller. The trailer brakes if not working properly could cause overheating of the Truck brakes. Not highly probable. But I had the original brakes on the Truck for...- Rambunctious1

Thanks. I also experienced that exact problem. That’s what started the issue and why everything has been replaced. I did use NAPA semi metallic pads. I don’t have much experience with the hydro boost and ABS on this truck. But that is literally all that has not been replaced. I even replaced the...- Rambunctious1

3rd gen brake issues
I have replaced all rotors, calipers, pads, master, hoses and steel lines. Everything except booster is new. While towing brakes are overheating and hanging up. I can do like a quick triple tap and they will release. I have a controller and trailer brakes that all seem to be working. QUESTION...- Rambunctious1

2016 Ram 2500 6.7L Launch shutter when towing 5th wheel
My 3rd Gen Cummins has done it since new! 130k now. Most of that towing. Seems anytime I’m over 6k it shutters. Almost feels like a bad mount. It’s not.
