Do people calibrate their speedometers right after getting bigger tires or have people just not calibrated right away?
You got that right! I have a 3.6 and going from the stock 33” SRA OEM street tire to E load 34” tire WITH a Speedo recalibration it is still noticeably less zippy after first gear. -

If you have flushed the system, no leaks and sure the thermostat and radiator are working efficiently you really only have the water pump left. Turn signals double flashing and solid on dash.
When you added the new ground wire did you cut or disconnect the existing factory ground wire? If you did, that factory ground may have supplied the ground to the other bulbs or contributed to their function. Also are you using halogen or LEDs?- Atcer2018

Where do I find a new 8.4 uconnect stereo?
Is the screen delaminating? Look at the touchscreen from the side, do you see an air pocket or what looks like bubbles at the top or sides of the screen? If the screen is delaminating it will give you “phantom touches” like the radio is possessed. A replacement screen is about $300 and an easy DIY.- Atcer2018

A two year old truck with 9,200 miles is low mileage. Idle hours are roughly a quarter of drive hours which isn’t bad. As a rental it probably did a lot of short trips or in town driving. Headlight issues
The cheapest and probably the easiest way is to repair the bad harness. Cut out broken, frayed or corroded wire and solider in new wire using waterproof heat shrink wrap. Even if you have to repin the connector it’s fairly easy to do. -

I did mine back in 2019 and they only had the one quart extra at that time. Like you I also have Bilsteins set at 2.1 and had to back up my inclined driveway, chock the front wheels and fully extend my jack stands along with leaving the jack in place. I have the PPE pan with one quart extra capacity on my 845RE and it took 7 quarts. My OEM pan drain was 5 1/2 quarts so I’m with you on the factory fill being a little low. For me the extra fluid capacity made almost no difference in operating temperature.- Atcer2018
