For a good few months just my 2 break lights did not work, but my bed light/ brake light still worked. Then randomly after replacing the Tail Light circuit board they stopped working.
My back up and parking lights still work, along with the bed light.

I have replaced the bulbs.
I have replaced almost all of my fuses, relays and anything else located in the fuse box.
I have cleaned and tightened the ground next to the fuse box.
I have replaced the break light switch 2x's. I have replaced the Tail Light board unit in both tail lights. "It fixed the issue for a bit."
I recently replaced my 4 pin trailer connector as well with no change.

I think it may be a ground issue. Does anyone have a list of factory ground locations?
