I have a 2024 Rebel GT and I’m looking for a Bug Shield. I like the AVS Aeroskin, or the Weathertech Low Profile version. But each one says it will not work on the Rebel or TRX hood. Even though in some of the pics on truck sites, it appears these shields are on 5th Gen Rebels.

I have sent messages to Weathertech, and Real Truck, (who I believe owns AVS). No response so far.

Anyone find a quality low profile bug shield for their 5th Gen Rebel?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you reach out to real truck in the vendor section here? They are usually pretty responsive.

Thank you.

Added a large REBEL decal to the hood, that covers to the front edge of the hood. Not gonna do the bug shield now.

Low profile bug shields don’t do much if anything to keep the windshield clean. I had one on the 2021 Limited I used to own and I had to clean the windshield just as much after installing it as I did before I installed it. It was very effective at protecting the front of the hood from rock chips though.

And that fits nicely on a rebel? As i have the GT and Looks good to me as I assume same hoods on rebels and 2024 ram rebel gt ? Ty
Correct. The hood on the Rebel is the same as the Sports Performance hood you can get on other models, including the GT versions.

K ty...ya I bought one and yep just a hood protector from rock chips etc by looks of it. Ain't going to do anything for bugs like 4th gen rams did lol. Not sure if I want to install now. Again ty
