I replaced my pc and wiped out the old one before I opened up Alfaodb and deactivated it. (didn't know I needed to do that)
Now, I can't activate it on the new computer because the activation code has already been used. I have emailed [email protected] as they instruct multiple times over the past week with no response. Has anyone else been through this?
If I get the old computer out and install Alfaodb on it, will it allow me to activate it, then de-activate it? I suspect not as it's just checking to see if that code has been used previously...
Just looking for any ideas.
