I know someone wants an iPhone without a damn contract.

Owned since early May, I upgraded to the 4, wife got my 3GS.

200 shipped. Comes with screen protector (on it since the second it came out of the box), Incipio Feather Case (black).

Buy this thing, I'm tired of it sitting here.......or the jackasses on CL trying to offer me 75 bucks for it (assholes!)

Did you upgrade your account or get a new account? If you did an upgrade (or early upgrade, whatever) - you should have a 30 day return, no cancellation fee.

I had a blackberry.....hated it. Won't go back.

And........that P3 - before ya plugged her into the wall, I would have taken her back. Still got me perplexed on what happened there.
