Two days ago I swapped batteries cause battery died long story anyway after charging the dead battery I put it in my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 4.7 liter engine and all was good first day second day as I was driving the battery gauge was going up and down and was getting a warning light saying to check gauges then the parking brake light and the abs light started flashing so I put my scanner on it and got four codes, c1009, c2100, c1008, and u0019. The crazy thing was when my truck was off my battery was reading like 12.75 volts and was spewing acid out the side on to my fuse box and so I put my other battery back in this truck and wahlaw no more problems except I think I have a parasitic battery drain in my other truck but hopefully it was just the bad battery
