Unfortunately yes. Out of three trucks that I have that came with the Ram hood ornament, only one remains. Seems it was fun for people to rip them off back in the day.

I do have one new oem ornament in the box but I'm very hesitant to install it for fear of theft.

Nice, I would presume all it did was pull a camper
I had a bird wipe out one of those rams, the remains ended up on the windshield.

Sweet truck! I like it. That's the same paint scheme as my power ram. For some reason they didn't even put hood ornaments on the power rams.
