Taillights

Below I have two pictures of each of my tail lights. I've noticed since getting my truck that one tail light is significantly brighter than the other one when my running lights are on.

I investigated and found that clearly the brighter tail light was brand new looking but that it also has more wire plugs than the other less bright tail light.

So what tail lights do you recommend that I get. I don't wanna spend an arm and a leg but I do want them to just plug right in and fit like a glove just as the stock ones do.
Any recommendations? 2014 1500
