I'm torn between a 2" or 2.5" leveling kit on my 2023 Ram 1500 BigHorn 4x4.

2" - If I go with a 2" leveling kit, will the pre-load spacers work, or do I need to go with a leveling kit that has the control arms? Also, what is a good size tire to run with a 2" leveling kit? I want a little space between the wheel well and tire. Do not want the tire to look stuffed in the wheel well.

2.5" - Same question/s. Spacers or control arms? Tire size that leaves a little room between the wheel well and tire?

Also, I will be keeping the factory 20" wheels and going with a A/T tire.

Skip the preload spacers…they shouldnt even be considered. Not sure why they even make them anymore.

About the cheapest tried and true level is the bilstein 5100’s. Control arms arnt an absolute requirement right off the bat, but you'll need them sooner than later eventually.

I would definitely contact Nick before making any purchase, great prices & awesome customer service!
He has helped me several times, I think all the vendors on this forum are top shelf or they would not be here, always worth checking here first.
Make sure you post some pic’s afterwards.

My recommendations are always based on how much lift you want AND how you use the truck. If you off road we need to discuss better options. If it is a mianly street driven truck and you just want to level the truck up then 5100's and Zones UCA's are a solid choice.

Message me and we can discuss more and I can provide you a quote
