Hesitation on startup

If the truck does short trips it's possible the battery hasn't been fully charged up. Try putting a charger on the battery overnight.

You can tell, it will likely need more then one, but you can also tell is cleans. The best time to run this is in the three tanks before an oil change, you don't really want to run this on fresh oil, this carbon doesnt just disappear, some of it ends up in oil and some gets burned out the exhaust.

This is combustion chamber yes, but PEA is the only thing that realy cleans injectors through the gas. Gas by itself is a solvent, so adding some random solvent which like 1/2 the cleaners do is only going to be so effective, you need a "detergent" and PEA is the known one for injectors.

Is it firing right up when starting or is it turning over a bit before starting? fuel pump could be getting tired. Load test the battery, or at least put a meter on it it when siting, starting, and running. Exhaust man. should have no effect on starting.

So how many miles on the truck now?, you must not drive it much

Best answer, use an effective cleaner that has proven to clean slowly? You want an absolute answer if anyone gives you a guarantee one they are lying, so do your research and come up with a strategy. You have a problem, in my opinion the best way to fix it clean everything that comes in as in throttle body side of it and clean injectors, combustion chamber, pcv, etc. Adding si-1 is like adding 20 times the detergent level of techron gas, while adding techron bottle is like adding 10 times the amount of detergents. If you read the threads, even this amount cleans very slowly, but clearly it cleans. Run 91 for a while, report back, Costco has some nice cheap 91 that will pair nicely and run a full bottle of si-1/.
