Hey all, just curious about this one. I installed a flow master super 10 on my 14 ram 1500 5.7, crew cab. I left the resonators on. When the truck is fully warmed up it doesn't idle as loud as the full cat back version, or even other rams with a similar exhaust system. I don't notice any performance differences. For gas milage I get between 14-15 l/100km in city and about 10-12 on highway. Thoughts?

Not sure what thoughts you are looking for? Not much if any performance difference when changing a muffler. If you are looking for more sound, remove the resonators

A muffler alone will not net you any real gains in HP or TQ, just a different sound.
Having the stock reso's on muffles that sound; remove the reso's.

If you're wanting some performance gains in terms of better flow, then look to having a custom y-pipe installed, and a full cat back system that's engineered to help the flow, and to finish off the sound and looks, perhaps 5" tips (assuming you're system is a dual outlet).

If you really want gains, look at long tube headers and a tune, as well as the above.

I have this setup on my R/T. Probably no real gains, however regarding resonators, after the super 10 was installed we fired it up to hear, I immediately had him remove the resonators, much louder.

This is from 2021 so it’s a bit louder now

Thanks for the video, definitely a lot deeper and more throaty. Any idea where I could get a resonator delete kit? If they sell them.

Head to a local exhaust shop and have them cut out the reso's and install new straight pipe to your tip(s).
