I have ran mine almost an inch over full before and never sweated it. I run my truck hard too. Foaming issues are not really a thing...

You must not have an exhaust. When MDS kicks in with the Carven it sounds aweful.

FWIW, I’m at 102k, last 50k have been without MDS via a tune, and before that I was disabling with the steering wheel buttons.
