I have a 2013 ram 1500. It has alpine sound system. Its passenger side speakers aren’t working. The subwoofer doesn’t work either. I’ve tried swapping subwoofer, stereo and amp but still doesn’t work. I tried my subwoofer on another ram and it worked fine. I switched right and left speakers and they worked on the drivers side. Does anyone know what might be going on? Thanks

Sounds like a wiring issue between the radio and the amp. All the speaker wires go from the radio to the amp.

I see but I couldn’t find the wire diagram. I’m new to this so it’s pretty confusing to me.

Radio "balance" is set to one side? Wiring issue otherwise based off of your comment. If "balance" isn't the issue, time for a multimeter and some troubleshooting.

I'd say it's the amp itself...this site will give you the wiring for it. Enter 2013 for the Year and choose DS as the model. Search "Amplifier" for the amp and "Radio C1" for the radio side.

what do you mean 'sound was low'? Were you using an O scope to check the waveform?

You can also get a tone generator they have handheld ones. And you can disconnect at the amp put a tone through the wiring and see if it cones through loud. If it does then the wiring from the amp and speakers are good. Then you can ohm out the wiring from the headunit to the amp and make nothing is open or shorted.

The easiest way to troubleshoot audio problems, low etc. is with an o scope. You can look at the waveform and the amplitude of the signal.
