I have a 2022 Ram 1500 Limited Eco diesel. My truck would automatically lower upon entry and exit until recently in April after taking it to the dealership for an issue with the air ride suspension. He originally stated it is in the radio settings and maybe it was removed with the recent updates. After picking it up from the shop it no longer does either, the mechanic now states it never did that. That is simply not true, now he claims there is no setting to reset to restore this feature. I'm really short, so this has been a feature that has been handy for the last two years. My truck has been in and out of the shop with multiple air ride suspension issues. I am not getting anywhere with the mechanic at two shops. My truck has less than 6,000 miles and it was bought new. What are the options and has anyone else experienced this?

Use the RAM VIN build sheet site, a window sticker site and the owners manual to prove the vehicle is supposed to have the feature. Speak to the service manage at the dealerships you have been visiting to insist the fix the the vehicle. If neither of then can fix it, find another dealer. You can try to reach out to @RamCares on this forum to see if they can help.

I have a 2017 with the air ride system. I know it's not a 22, but my 2017 never lowered on it's own. I have to push a button on the dash or on my remote to do the entry lower. Maybe something that was changed in the newer years. What shops are you taking it to? Local shops or actual Dodge dealerships. A lot of regular shops don't really know much about Rams air system. Something this specific I would go to a good Dodge dealership with the proper tools and computers.

@wrench78 It is still under factory warranty I only take it to the dealership. It used to lower when i put the truck in park, but its been a nightmare getting this truck repaired. It has been in the shop 5 time for things dealing with air ride over the last 5 months.
