New 2024 Ram 3500 with dealer installed 7 Pin plug in the bed for my truck camper, now no power at OEM plug in the bumper or the plug in the bed. Not a fuse problem, any ideas?

Did they disconnect the body harness underneath to make your in-bed connection?

Let the dealer fix it! I bet they didn''t use a split harness and moved it from bumper to bed.
He says he's got no power at either plug, so it wasn't just moved.

However, if the dealer just recently did it then they do need to fix it. It's possible they didn't have a connection under the bed fully seated and it came apart, might even look like it's still together but isn't.

Seems to me though that newer trucks sometimes don't activate the plugs until there's a loop completed at vehicle startup (don't quote me on that I might be wrong). You might need to have it checked with a simulator, which plugs into the truck receptacle and simulates a trailer being hooked up. If that shows an issue then the dealer absolutely needs to fix it.

Take it back to the place that did the work. If done right, you should have power to at least the new plug. Should be covered under a warranty.
