Moe's Performance has what you need to do the swap.
That's exactly who I used for my kit.
What's the deal with the 6.4 intake manifold swap? that sounds like something I might be interested in doing in the future
Larger plenum, longer runners = more air, better throttle response, and better torque. Paired with the S&B CAI, I definitely hear the engine rev much more distinctly the higher the rpms go--sounds great! Using the 1/4 mi app in the Diablosport tuner, after installing the 6.4 manifold and CAI I dropped ~1/2 second on my 1/4 mi.

See slips, don't make fun of my 60' times lol. I have a lift and A/T tires, not radials. Both runs were on the same stretch of road about 1 week apart, before and after installing intake mods. Hemifever tune was also active during both runs, no changes.

What do you guys think of the Diablo tuners? I'm trying to talk myself out of buying a Diablo i3 platinum with PCM swap. I'm a terrible impulse buyer.

I added FuzedLED low beams which are great. Also just today a very clean used RAM grill showed up and got it installed. I had no idea this style of grill came on trucks as early as my 2015 Limited until I saw one on FB. Then I knew I had to have one. I attached before and after shots of the grill...

i had an i2 made the switch to hp i think it’s more user friendly
I decided to go the diablosport i3 route. I know many here prefer the HP, but money is part of the decision. So for now I will probably use the 91 time with transtune. Eventually will get a hemi fever tune when money isn't so tight. I've read great reviews on his tunes.

I get it, maybe sometime down the road. More than likely it will be for my next truck. I'm thinking that I will upgrade to a 2500 when I'm ready for a new truck. I tow a 30 ft travel trailer now, but I'm thinking of going a little bigger which also means heavier.

Emptied the catch can. Had about 4 ounces of oil in 3500 miles.
I just did a 5.7 > 6.4 intake manifold swap at about 78k, and I was floored at how much oil was caked inside the manifold and head ports. The throttle body was pretty carbon'd up, too. Ran a full treatment of Berryman's TB, intake and fuel cleaner through the system after completing the install and plan to do regular treatments going forward.

Definitely considering a catch can setup after witnessing that mess!

I started with the Pulsar and after 2 months traded it in for Diablo Trinity2. Much happier with the Diablo tuner, and tunes are much better.

I've got a Hemifever "custom" tune now, and whoo-hoo this truck hauls. The trans tune itself is a huge improvement, shifts are quick and solid.

Which canned tune did you prefer? Hemifever tune will probably come sometime later in fall or winter. Did you use the trans tune that's built into the Diablo tuners before the hemifever tunes?

Before I got the Hemifever tune, I was using the canned 91oct and Performance Trans tunes on the T2. I tried the 93oct "Diablo" tune briefly, which was even more fun, but there aren't a whole lot of stations that offer 93 around here. The Diablo TCM tune is an improvement over stock (mostly via higher shift points I think), but Hemifever topped that. Don't skimp, get the Hemifever ZF8 tune when you get the PCM tune, I think you save a couple bucks if you buy them together.

Already bought the Diablo i3 Platinum. It was on sale and got military discount which is why I pounced. I'll get the hemifever before too long. Think it's $250 for the hemifever stage 1 and $150 for transtune. I would have the same issue with the 93 octane, not to mention I'd go bankrupt. LOL

Can anyone confirm that the torque pro app can pull your PCM configuration number? I am waiting on my diablosport i3 and with torque pro I was able to get my calibration id which when I googled does in fact come up as a 2017 ram 1500 5.7 4x4 PCM. I don't want to pull my PCM for the code if I don't have to. I mean if I have to I have to,but if I don't have to if rather not until I have my unlocked PCM. Just hoping that the brain trust here has some info. Thanks in advance.

Edit
PCM calibration id 68298492af
