Can you change the individual bulb in a taillight or is it just a unit you have to replace now? is it just an LED unit?
I wanted to put a back up alarm bulb in it as I have had one in previous trucks I owned. i took it apart as much as I
thought I could.

IF U R talking about a 5th Gen LED tail light system, no. They R all LED and one sealed unit. I know, I had a cracked tail light that was replaced under warranty, good thing too, cause it was $550 ish dollars, I would have to look up to find exact amount.

FTR: The backup LED's in the 5th Gen Units Suk!!!!!!!
