I buy Aisin parts for my Asian cars (Toyota, Lexus, Kia, Honda, etc) They are the vendor who makes them for the manufacturer. An example is the timing belt/water pump kit I recently bought on Amazon for my 2004 Lexus RX330. That purchase saved me over 100 dollars over my nearby store. It is complete with the tensioner, idler pulleys, a factory water pump, and the water pump gasket made from aluminum infused with a silicon/rubber beaded seal. It's a crap shoot and requires treading carefully. You lost me when you said Amazon parts. I personally wouldn't be buying any engine parts from Amazon even gaskets. I'll buy lights interior parts a radio but I'll never ever buy anything for engine or transmission from Amazon. If you were to come into my shop telling me you have Amazon parts needing to be installed I would tell you I'm not the guy you want. I would refuse to waste my time and energy installing gaskets from Amazon. Parts geek , rock auto and many other reputable online parts stores with quality parts at discount pricing.
