“Media hub” center console no power

So i have a 2018 ram 1500 and recently got the evaporator core and compressor fixed on my ac at a shop. Now i have no power to the 2 usb ports in the center console or the cigarette Lighter in the back seat. I ripped as much of my dash out as i could to check wires and found nothing out of the ordinary. I also checked all the fuses that had anything to do it the usbs (specifically fuse 104). Im not too sure where to go from here. Kinked wire behind the dash?

How recent? If you got it back from the repair facility and it wasn’t working it should go right back to them. Your problem would appear to be with something under the dashboard and that was clearly removed to do the evaporator.
