I'm working on a 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 Light Duty Reg Cab 135" WB 4WD, it had a wobble at about 45mph, and while trying to sort it out I found the left front wheel bearing had quite a bit of play. I went looking for more info online but I wasn't able to find this particular configuration.
This hub is bolted to the steering knuckle with 3 bolts, (12 point flange bolts), and the brake caliper bracket is part of the steering knuckle, the caliper slide bolts connect to the knuckle itself. I don't see any type of ID tag on the axle but I'll post a couple pictures.
Also, the brake rotor and hub look like a single unit from the outside, but when you look at the back it looks as though they were pressed together. Any help on this would be appreciated, I'm not having much luck and I'd like to get it back to the guy. Thanks in advance, Kurt.

If you look up the parts online or at the parts store they should give you an idea of what you are trying to replace.
It looks like a one piece design, I just googled your truck for the parts and there are lots of pic to learn from .

I also found a lot with a Google search, but pretty much every video had a rectangular 4 bolt mounting flange, and the rotors popped right off in their videos.
Same issue looking for parts, Amazon and other parts websites all show me a 4 bolt hub. I emailed Detroit Axle, a guy there is trying to assist me.
It seems this truck would usually have a Dana 60 in it, and they have a 4 bolt hub. Just my luck to tear apart an odd duck, the guy will just have to wait.
Thanks.

‘94 3/4 tons had dana 60’s in the front. I am not aware of a light duty model that would have the dana 44, but im also not super well versed in 2nd gens anymore.

The hub and rotor are not pressed together, but they sure as hell will be seized together lol.

That diff cover looks more like a dana 44.

Not sure how busy the 2nd gen section of this forum is, but might be worth posting in that (this is the 5th gen section).

Thanks! I wasn't aware how this forum was organized, I appreciate the assist.
One friend has a 2016, and another has a 1994, I just get to work on them.

Haaaa. I had a 2000 half ton. Went through a lot of wheel bearings with that over the years. My ‘16 power wagon has 130k miles and all original everything up front…including the brakes!

i did a wheel bearing exactly like that on a 2nd gen 3500 4wd last week. absolutely terrible desgin. order a wheel bearing and a disc rotor right away you will absolutely need them if you live anywhere near a rusty climate. once you manage to get the rotor/bearing out as an assembly you must punch out the wheel studs on the old bearing to press into the new rotor/bearing assembly.
if you have the budget you can order new wheel studs but if you are careful with the old ones its not necessary.
check the ball joints for loose while you are in there because you have to remove all that stuff to get to them.
good luck.
