1995 ram 1500 under hood light assembly

Hey I popped a fuse because I was taking out old busted bulb from my under hood light socket and ended up removing the whole brass connector so it's back to square one. Gotta get a whole new harness wire and bulb (105). Can't find it anywhere online for my 2nd gen ram. My plan is to cut it off halfway and splice in the 2 wires and it should work...any help locating this part will help greatly, as they can't even search for anything other than bulbs at auto parts stores and online always pulls up 2012-2017 years...

I would just buy the replacement lit kit for under hood light, they are not expensive(ask Benny). I saw them on line for $11.
