2013 Ram 1500 AC LP Side

Hi,
Having ac problem. Added some Red Tek 12a refrigerant to 30psi about 3 ozs from almost 0psi. Ambient is about 22C. AC clutch kicks in but no cooling. Can I increase to 35-40psi to see if that helps?

Anything else I can try?

If it was at nearly 0 psi, you have more problems than just a low system. You have a leak somewhere, and you need to fix that.
