2019 ram 1500 classic FACTORY amber grill lights

I just purchased a 2019 RAM 1500 Classic and love it, it is my 2nd RAM. This one has amber lights in the grille that appear to be factory installed. I can not figure out how to turn them on. Can anyone help?

Are those actually lights or just plastic amber inserts? I know there were a couple versions of that aftermarket grille.

There are wires running to the back of the amber bulbs.

Cool. Where do they run to from there? I'm guessing they're either on their own aftermarket switch(or possibly in the switch panel below the climate controls) or spliced into the factory lighting somewhere and have a blown fuse.

That's definitely an aftermarket grille. There are no Ram 1500's with factory grille lights. Like Fediej said, see if you can trace the wires to see where they go.

**UPDATE** They are bulbs but there are zero wires coming out of them. There are only receptors to plug wiring into.... where do I find wiring for them?

You're the only one that has seen the receptors so it's pretty difficult to say.
Also, unless you splice into the factory wiring, you'll obviously need to add a switch/relay so you'll know EXACTLY how to turn them on. ;-)
