2021 Warlock 5.7 - MagnaFlow xMOD Cat-Back or Borla S-Type

I'm not sure which would be best. My warlock is white with black accents so I would like black tips. Mostly I want to be able to have a conversation on the phone or in cabin while driving without the exhaust being too loud, but at the same time when I give it a rev or "ram" it i want it to sound beastly. Price may also be a factor, On this site it shows over 3k for MagnaFlow https://www.magnaflow.com/collections/xmod-series-performance-exhaust-systems , I had a MagnaFlow on a Honda Element for like $600, with install.

I also heard about a MagnaFlow knockoff called CherryBomb. Has anyone one had expierence with that?

Are you set on using magnaflow? I have direct fit flowmaster outlaw it pretty loud just not wake your neighbors loud. I did mine back in 21 the muffler was $400 muffler shop charged me $100 to install it

Borla S with black tips would be a great option. Good deep tone and middle range volume. In cab volume is very mild and minimal to no drone.

I'd do a direct fit muffler and 5 inch tips off Amazon. Total investment less than $400 install time about an hour. It will sound as good as most cat backs. Quiet in cabin, aggressive when you get on it.

LOL. I know CherryBombs have been around since the late 50's / early 60's. May be earlier than that, but I was using them in the mid 60's. The first "glass packs" to be available for street rods..

I bought my 2019 Warlock in May and it has a CherryBomb exhaust on it. Sounds great when you punch it, but not loud under normal driving conditions. Noticeable difference when sitting beside my buddy’s 2016 stock Bighorn. My exhaust tips are starting to rust, so I’m considering going with black tips as well.
