I have a 2001 ram 1500 I bought (flordia truck) and I was wondering how to get the sand out of the axle tubes and boxed sections of the frame. I was thinking a garden hose, but theres ALOT of it and its all grease and oil soaked.

Hit up your local coin-op carwash when they aren't busy (i like sunday mornings just as they're opening) Take a set of ramps with you,so you can get the truck up on an angle to drain the frame, and start blowing out the frame with the high pressure soap function.

I would raise one end of the vehicle.
Then use a hose with a High Pressure Nozzle on the Spray End

but i would use the yellow plastic one

That way, if it gets jammed somewhere, you can break it & still smile.

Usually, the water pressure at the faucets in many homes is 60 - 65 PSI & then screw on one of those nozzles to increase the pressure way up
