I have looked on this forum for some time now, and I know the question has been asked, however the question was never answered from what I can find. I have a 2015 Ram 2500 4X4 6.4 HEMI. I would like to install headers on and I’ve been told that long tubes won’t work because of clearance issues, so I would have to use “shortes”. Also that the 5.7 headers fit the 6.4 HEMI. Now once and for all will someone who has knowledge of this, answer this question and if there are headers that fit a 6.4 HEMI, if the 5.7 theory isn’t correct, where they can be found to fit the 2015 Ram 2500 4X4 6.4 HEMI??!!

Have you ever received an answer to your question?

I'd like to know as well, as I just bought a 2017 2500 6.4 and want to know if putting headers on it will be something worth the trouble.

ARH makes long tubes that fit great, are great quality, and will offer a noticeable increase in power! message me if you would like a quote

I just swapped my 5.7 out for a 6.4 and know for a fact 5.7 ARH long tubes directly bolt up to the 6.4
So that seems like half the answer, the header will fit both engines 5.7 and 6.4. But how about the truck side of it. Crooks1130 l, was your 5.7 truck a 4x4, was it a 2500? I've got my eyes on a set of headers and midpipe I want to put on my 2017 2500 with a 6.4, they seller advertises custome fit for a ram 5.7. Not sure if they would fit the truck.

If that’s true, what a bummer I already bought a 1-7/8 stainless for my 5.7 and the only problem was waiting longer for 1-7/8. Call stainless works and ask them. The bonus is replacing the manifold bolts or changing them to studs

If the headers are for a 2500 with a 5.7,they'll fit,but if they're for a 1500 with a 5.7 they won't fit.It's not the engine that's a problem,as the 5.7 and 6.4 are virtually identical as far as header fitment goes,it's the truck itself. The frames are differant between a 1500 and a 2500,so headers for a 1500 won't fit on a 2500
