Alignment Specs for 4" RC lift on 2016 Laramie Longhorn 2wd

Recently had a Rough Country 4" lift installed with 295/65r20 on stock wheels. Shop can not get it aligned. Pulls to the left and steering wheel is to the right. They have done 5 alignments and aren't able to figure it out. Anyone have alignment specs with similar set up?

I would think they should be pretty close to factory alignment specs, regardless of the configuration. Install error? Shoddy alignment shop? Cheap ass rc lift setup? Could be many things.
