Alpha obd ecu reset

Has anyone done the ecu reset at the bottom of the menu? I have a couple pesky codes that wont clear and have hopes the ecu reset might do it.

Which pesky codes and what have you corrected that has not cleared them?

Window alignment in the door module. Both doors, I think it's been there from day one but every try I make deleting it just says "failed to delete". I am hoping resetting the ecu will finally get rid of them. It has no effect on the operation of the vehicle or any effect on the windows, it is just that I know the error is there and I want it gone.
