Are there any aftermarket side mirror LED turn signals that are NOT sequential?

Hello. I have a 22 Ram 1500. I want to replace the turn signals in my side mirrors with an aftermarket LED option. Every option I can find is a sequential light. Does anyone know of an aftermarket option that just blinks like an OEM signal does?
