Calibrate Speedometer from Diablosport InTune 3 (i3)?

I just installed an unlocked PCM in my 2018 Power Wagon and uploaded the Diablosport tune through my i3.
I can't for the life of me figure out how to calibrate the speedometer with the i3.
Is this a function that the i3 can do?
I've seen a few YouTube videos showing that the tire size can be adjusted in the "Parameters" section of a tune, but this does not show up on my i3

I have previously used a Hypertech calibrator, but it does not work with the new PCM.

The manual mentions adjusting tire size in the "Easy Tune Menu," but my i3 will not let me change any settings in the Easy Tune Menu.

The manual says (for Advanced Tune Menu):
"Advanced Tune" offers you all of the tuning options available in the i3. You can choose from any of the tunes, and all of the available performance parameters like spark, fueling, idle and many more!
Tire size is not available in the list of parameters that I can adjust.....

Diablosport says that this option is not available for the Power Wagon.
Time to get AlfaOBD!
