Good evening folks, I purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT 5.9L Cummins, and there is a clicking vibration sound behind the glovebox when I shift from park to reverse and to drive and back to reverse. I have attached a video to depict the issue. Please help me figure this out. Thank you.

run the HVAC through all the settings: hot/cold, floor, defrost, dash vents along with recirc to see which mode it does it in. The recirc mode won't engage if defrost is selected.
You could have a damper that's vibrating when the gear is changed.

Thank you for the reply, I believe its happening in ALL Hvac settings. Can you please elaborate on the possible "damper" that could be vibrating when changing gears?
