Electric fan

I have a 13 Ram 2500 5.7 hemi. I don’t know how I missed it but while replacing the fan clutch I noticed the electric fan. It dawned on me that I’ve never heard the electric fan run or kick on. I checked the fuse box and there is one 80 amp fuse slot with no fuse. I bought this from auction, it was a BLM fire truck. Anyone know about the heavy duty cooling systems?
